Ashley Radcliff

Ashley is a co-founder of NTPC and spent her career at Domino's. She started at 16 and left as a Director of Operations in Dallas, TX fourteen years later because she saw how much money was being left on the table because of tech problems and decided to do something about it. She is passionate about supporting business owners and team members by bringing more money into their business, enhancing their culture, and finding balance... because she firmly believes that if you take care of the little things, the big things take care of themselves!
