MESSAGING POLICY
Last updated August 2, 2026
By providing your contact information to NTPC Tech Solutions, LLC, you consent to receive emails, phone calls, text messages (SMS), and multimedia messages (MMS), collectively referred to as "Messaging," from us throughout your customer journey. These communications are service, account, and support-related — not marketing solicitations.
Support & Service Plans
By providing user contact information during onboarding or through your client portal, you and your authorized users consent to receive SMS communications on behalf of your organization, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
Messaging Scope
We communicate with you at various stages of your engagement with us. These communications may be initiated by you, a team member at your company, or by us, and may include, but are not limited to:
Initial Contact: Responses to inquiries, contact forms, and service consultations.
Onboarding: Welcome messages, account setup instructions, and training materials.
Service Delivery: Notifications related to technical support, troubleshooting, ticket updates, projects, third-party coordination communications, and overall service performance.
Account Management: Appointment reminders, account alerts, and billing updates.
Incident Response: System outage notifications, security alerts, and emergency updates.
Ongoing Support: Follow-ups, service optimization recommendations, and feedback requests.
Expectations for Messaging
Frequency: Messaging frequency depends on your level of engagement and service activity.
Standard Hours: Non-urgent messages are sent Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Central).
Emergency Messages: Critical updates may be sent at any time to address urgent issues.
Email
If you wish to stop receiving emails sent to you personally, contact us to request removal from our email list — we will honor that request directly, without needing anyone else's approval. Separately, if your organization wants to change who on your team receives account-wide emails (such as billing distribution), that account-level change requires approval from the designated primary contact on your account.
Phone
If you wish to stop receiving phone calls to your number personally, contact us to request removal — we will honor that request directly. Changing who on your team receives account-wide call notifications is an account-level change that requires approval from the primary contact.
